Backtestd publishes free educational content: backtests of popular trading strategies, their method and their results. The site sells nothing and provides no investment service.

Nature of the content

The content is informational and educational. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell. See Risk & transparency.

Intellectual property and data

Texts, videos, charts, the logo and the brand belong to the publisher. Downloadable data files (CSV, JSON) are released under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 licence: you may reuse them, commercially too, with the credit “Backtestd — backtestd.com”.

Liability

The publisher strives to publish accurate information and fixes reported errors, but cannot guarantee that the content is error-free or that the site is always available. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions; the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the content.
