Backtestd is built to collect as little data as possible. This site has no accounts, no forms, no ads, no audience measurement, and sets no cookies.

Data controller

Data processed

Host technical logs. To serve pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address, the page requested, the date and your browser type. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) in a secure, available site. We do not use this data to track you.
Messages you send us. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for 3 years after the last exchange.
Nothing else. No cookies, no local storage, no ad pixels, no analytics, no fonts or scripts loaded from third-party servers.

Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. See its privacy policy.

Cookies

No cookies or trackers are placed on your device, which is why there is no consent banner. Language is chosen by the page address.

Links to social networks

Links to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube open those platforms, which apply their own rules. None of their videos or buttons are embedded in this site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data, and to give instructions for after your death. Write to contact@backtestd.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or to your local authority.
